I am doing some research online, many people have the same issue. Contacted Top 10 Electronics and they were absolutely no help. It seems this TV has a defect and Top 10 Electronics will not stand by their product. The TV needs a new LED Screen and the part is not in stock anywhere. My options are to throw the TV into the dump. I will never buy another Top 10 Electronics product again and will not recommend their products to anyone. Feeling duped.
