Disrespectful staff at the course booking desk.doesn't know how to talk with candidates... All the lady staff are just ready to fight with the candidate at the time of booking.
They don't know the meaning of "being polite"
I wonder how the institution is still running!!!!
Management seems to be sleeping.....
