Worst auto dealer in India i must say!! Last month bought new Honda Amaze from there. Once they get funds there part is over. I had to following up with them for all details. Like delivery, insurance, registration number. Their salesman and RTO vender playing TT.
Now the issue started from here that your authorised person Mr Ashok is not answering my calls and I think that he is least bother to give any service also!!!!!. As a broker he donât has any courtesy to revert on miss calls also?????? After so much of follow up with your sales person Girish again asked me to contact another person for resolving the problem. Actually this is not my duty to keep running behind your person!!!!. Day before yesterday I personally went to meet you ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿr person at RTO office for selection of vehicle number but there your person asking me to wait there for some time, after three hours I ask his for any update then he indecently told me that today work will not go ahead and not possible and rudely told me to do whatever you want will not do anything today. I had been told that he will provide the Selected number to show room person or sales person and he told me that to coordinate with show room person only, AGAIN THIS IS NOT MY JOB .
Still they do not have reply to my mail. Evan Hallmark Honda management also not bother for the same. Not recommended for any car. Please chose other dealer.

Most horrible car dealer in India I must say !!! Just bought the NEw Honda city Petrol from here... once they get the money there is no follow-up ..i had to kep folowing up with them to get delivery details about my car...Their Salesman GANESH was least interested as I had already paid the full amount so his sale was complete... Inspite of repeated reminders on a specific car registration number they conveniently forgot about it and gave me a random resigtration number..when questioned the salesman Ganesh replies.."Sir you never told me about it" When I took the matter higher up their LOG BOOK stated " Car Registration number should total 9" ..But too late as the car was already on the computer system.....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....DO ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿNO EVER BUY A VAR FROM HALLMARK THANE.... Worst auto dealer I have ever experienced. I went in 3 weeks back to purchase Honda city AT and they did not a AT car for test drive. I was told they would have a AT car and would contact me. For 2 weeks after initial discussion, no contact. I called them again and was told AT car has been arranged for test drive. So I visited and to my surprise they showed me a car belonging to customer brought in for servicing to be test drived. All said and done, I test drove a manual and decided to close the deal. On my first visit, i had made it clear on the car color i was looking for, in the end when i asked to confirm car color of my choice, they said its out of stock. I spent my half weekend dealing with bunch of buffons one self boasting about his ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ sales skills and the other a dumb newbie having no sense or knowledge of cars. After repeated calls for servicing I took my Honda City to Hallmark Honda, Thane (Wagle Estate) service centre for servicing in March 2012. My free service was over and this was a paid one. Before delivery the fuel was approx. 8 litres. After servicing the pointer came to the red line.
After the discussions they said, 2.5 ltrs petrol is reqd. for half hr of idle running. After raising this issue with the staff, they assured me they'll put 4 litres and I agreed to it.
They took the car inside and said they filled it, without showing me physically. But after checking the fuel gauge, the pointer had still not moved a single degree. The reason given was the in 4 litres the pointer wont move. I left the service centre and went to a petrol ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿpump where I put 2 litres and the pointed moved half a line. For all this I wasted 2 hrs of my time and got nothing in return.
I give for servicing to Hallmark Honda instead of a local garage because of the faith I have in Honda and this is what happens.ಕಡಿಮೆ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ
Guys, beware! It's one of the most unprofessional service dealers I have ever come across!!! I have been servicing my accord here a few times and trust me, they are out to milk you! I was first told I had to get the front RHS wheel damper changed saying that will solve my problem of the car wobbling...I agreed and paid a bomb for it. After 6 months when the issue resurfaced, I was conveniently told that I would have to change the other one too as the old one on the LHS and new on RHS don't balance each other. When I asked why wasn't I informed about it when I changed the first one, they didn't have an answer. I still went ahead with changing the LHS as well. Now during my last service, I was out of town and had to ask them to deliver the ca ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿr back home directly after a regular service. To my horror, I find that they have conveniently made a note in the observations that front damper has a leakage!!!! When I ask them wasn't these just replaced a few months ago, the reply is that it's a new part that's gone wrong, not the one that was replaced!!! This has been the case on every single point, be it fixing of stereo system, steering wheel, whatever!!! Well all I can advise you all is that we all are better off going to any other service agency or even a local garage than going to HALMARK HONDA. they are cheats!ಕಡಿಮೆ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ
