we went for our team outing at Cascade and we had a great time.

My team went to the Confident Cascade resort on a weekend. The rooms provided were large and comfortable. Facilities were only satisfactory. Service was extremely poor. Most of the staff didn't understand English. Room service took 1.5 hrs to bring in evening tea! Food served in the buffet was cold and soggy. Juice was diluted. And the restaurant/bar closed as early as 10 pm.
However, the worst thing was that the resort was unbelievably overcrowded - with more than 700 people hogging the facilities in a place which can accommodate only 100. Certainly not enjoyable, and definitely not a place to go if you wish to get away the overcrowded city.
This is place where you can experience "the servicing chaos". I would recoomend this place to people who want to WASTE their money. I went to this place on the 11th of December 2009 with my
colleagues. Here are the reasons you should AVOID this place
1. The staff are rude and unskilled
2. The "Welcome" drink makes you feel unwelcome. Some cheap grape brew that I spit out after the first sip.
3. The Buffet lunch i had was the worst I ever had. Everything sucked big time. The Lunch was not set on time, the water they served tasted like tap water(lucky I had deworming tablets few weeks back). It had to be tap water stored in the bottles and I could vouch my life on it.
