Hi,
don't purchase even a single item from patel agencies .. this is total fake shop . i have purchase one cooler from there, they gave me total leakage cooler when i raised request to change it then they redirected me to Kenstar company .. if i opened first time and observed the mistake then this should be shop keeper responsibility to change it .. or give me back my money ..even they put me hold for 4-5 days to get repaired it .. and still i am waiting for my New cooler which got 2-3 times repaired
