I tried Aashi yoga's yoga classes in Bangalore. It was great experience of learning yoga. we also did some meditation. I will soon try your pranayama classs also, using aashiyoga's yoga videos.

Aashi yoga is a fun filled place to learn yoga in Bangalore. I was there for a month and learned basic yoga techniques. I also started doing pranayama with help of sanjeev. Aashi Yoga's youtube channel is very helpful in practicing Yoga even after the yoga classes. Nice Yoga classes in Bangalore.
