Kropex lost my driving licence, delay in delivering my car/delay in repairing my car
Copy pasting the complaint as registered with GM customer care:
I'd like to register a complaint about the poor service given to me by Kropex India while selling me the car and also while repairing my car. My car has been lying in their workshop from 7th November and all they are telling me is that they have ordered for spare parts.
Now, let's come to the real issue. They (one Mr Pradeep) asked me for my original driving licence. When I asked him why is the original required , he stated that the copy is not clear enough. I was hesitant but eventually gave him my the licence and asked him to be careful with it.

I have purchased Chevrolet Spark LS LPG from your showroom on 26. 12.2010. Car Reg No. is KA02 ME0606. Today, I was surprised and worried to notice that the cap of gas cylinder is missing. This appears as a serious lapse on the design aspect, as there was no locking system provided for cap of the gas cylinder, also the cap is provided externally and accessible for easy removal. I am disappointed with this incidence as such a serious lapse has been left un-noticed by GM motors. I request the concerned officials to rectify the problem immediately as it is a serious matter of safety for the car as well as surrounding environment and publicl.
