I had a person collect blood sample from home. Earlier Reddy has come in the past and he is fine but this was someone else ( forgot to ask his name) . He came and started pulling out stuff from a very dirty bag . The bottles for blood etc. were all just dumped in the bag without any box . Then he pulled out the sterilized cotton and started rubbing it in between his dirty palms. I was shocked to see he had not brought any gloves or cared to wash his hands. He had dirty hands form the traffic pollution etc. and was going to sterilize my hand with that dirty cotton that he massaged between his hands. i would never go there again.Worst experience i ever had in any hospitals.Inspite of having a prior appointment with theENT doctor i had to come back without being treated.Firstly the doctor came very late.Then i was told that there is one patient to whom the doctor is attending n next was my turn.I waited and waited. On repeatedly asking they said u r next.When it was past my patience i went up to ask them again and they said they had sent another patient in without even informing me.I was waitning for my turn and these people did not even care to tell me they had sent another patient in> Tired of waiting i walked away.Never gonna go back again.On previous visits also the doctor would just ask me to do a number of tests and would be unabl

Worse customer service I have ever seen, by the front desk people. I stood for half an hour to meet a doctor for an EMERGENCY. The doctor was available and no one even cared about checking that or informing the doctor. Even if you stand in front of the reception for one hour they will never bother about asking what are you waiting for. No courtsey to customers too. One guy in the reception, he , dont even know how to speak english, but behaves like the Owner of the clinic (he is just a receptionist only)
What to speak of brother. Medical Profession has no ethique now-a-days. It has become a business. So, we should have to be careful in future regarding the unfair practices by doctors.
Word of caution about Dr. Meenakshi Motwani
Review about Pediatrician Dr. Meenakshi Motwani Apollo.
We took one of our relative (who came from coimbatore) to Koramangala Apollo clinic for 3rd month vaccination for the baby.
Pediatrician Dr. Meenakshi Mothwani attended us. She used vaccination, which she had brought in her hand bag. When our relative ask about it, she replayed saying its Jelly bag and its ok to carry the vaccination on it.
Finally she charged 7k and demanded only cash.
Even though we visited Apollo clinic, she demanded cash and did not provided any receipt, neither pasted those vaccination bill on Baby Diary.
Its very clear she had brought her own vaccination on unsafe manner to make money..
