I had booked a Swift Indigo Non A/C for outstation travel. They sent a confirmation message for the Swift. However, the night before the travel the driver calls me and says that the cab allotted is an Indigo and maybe the Swift car has broken down. I was extremely annoyed by this unprofessional mannerisms. On a similar incident, i had booked a BMW car for my wedding day and on the wedding day they sent me a crappy BENZ. They upset my wedding drive as well.

I wonder if they really have the fleet of cars that they endorse on the website. They are FRAUDS. If they cant give what they have promised why the hell do they send confirmation messages.

I had booked a tavera for Coorg through Safe cabs.Initial booking and order confirmation was perfect and issues started the day before our travel..Whenever i call for drvier contact details they were saying it will be send with in next 1 hour or so..but it did not happen and i have to call around 3-4 times to get a driver number.... Finally driver came...on the way we realized his behavior is rude...and driving was rash. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have booked a safcab on 1st june and they have given me the contact details as Car No.9972KA 01 AB/ Chauf:Ravindra/09845905222/09731007440 Travel date 02/13@6hrs. With charge details. But to my surprise the vehicledid'nt come. When the driver was contacted he didn't respond to one number. When the other number was tried he told me that he couldn't come to the agreed place (Majestic) because he was assigned to another trip. (In fact he was awakened by my call) On contacting the office the person attended the phone was not at all aware of the trip and could not assure me any help. This is a fraud company and not at all reliable.

We booked a swaraj mazda for a weekend getaway from bangalore for 2 days from safecabs and we had booked it 10days before and at the end moment just one day before they said they dont have any 18+seaters with them and they did not even give us an alternative. We were left helpless as we had already booked resort for stay. I would not recommend this cab for anyone.

I booked a cab for a local outing. The problem I have with this service is two fold: 1. I got an SMS stating the car details and car number. When the car turned up (innova) it did not have any registration number on it. The number plate was blank. The driver claimed it was a new vehicle and registration plate was due. However the number in the registration book did not match the number sent to me by SMS 2. They dont explain the 'Garage to Garage' Km and Hour concept well while booking. If an 8 hour 80 Km package is chosen you loose 2 things straightaway even before you board the vehicle: (a) The km is calculated from Safe cabs garage and back to Garage. Beware, Never trust this organizaion, They can last minute cancel your booking without intimation.
On asking them why, they will say SOMEONE called and cancelled it
