Worst customer service. The owner is not giving respect when you go for a exchange of damage product.

I had very bad experience with this shop. I bought a mixer jar and it was damaged and I went back for a exchange and they exchanged with another one and it was not fit in my mixer, he remove the the nut and fixed. I am surprised why he is repairing the new jar. I was still believed on him came back and again it was making lot of notice when I try to place the jar and try to run. Again I went back to him and he was asking me to bring the mixer grinder to check the problem. He is trying to say that the problem will be the mixer grinder, not on the jar. The way he talk was not good. At last I left the new jar with him. He is not ready to exchange or refund. I am exhausted.

Very bad quality. I don't recommend this shop to anyone e.

Experience with this shop is worse. We bought a prestige 2 burner gas stove, he wasn't even ready to open the pack saying all the manufacturing new piece from Prestige will be good only, that time only we could have avoided buying in this shop. its our bad time that we bought it still when he showed the pack finally that too in a hurry (only after forceful binding that we'll buy that product for sure). He didn't let us see the parts properly (and moreover he talks too much and makes funny comments for whatever genuine queries we ask him about the product). When we came home, we saw that both of the burners were broken and the big burner was giving orange flame which spoils the utensils. And the small one was making some weird noise after us ...
