Airtel Relationship Centre

It's a Third grade service in Ramamurthy Nagar Airtel show room ..................... please close this show room ASAP............

Today At 10.30 Am I approached the above centre for number portability, First the lady said to wait upto .30mts to get the mnp sim from dealer which was ordered before me, later taken my number that she will inform soon after the sim is recieved. So I was waiting out side in the hot sun for one hour. After one hour when approached her at 1.23PM she told she will inform over phone before 16.00 hus I was waiting upto 17.30 hrs no action. I am senior Citizen with 64 years age with heart problem suffered a lot and fed with their service . I made a request for micro sim since i am holding a andriod phone she says it will not be issued at present then what is use of my numberr portabilty.This is air tel customer service.

I met representative named Arif yesterday. He doesnt know the basic information also. I am not sure how these folks got Airtel license. Noone will opt for Airtel if they give license to such folks.

Very Poor service.. worst service.. don't know the basics of how mobile services are transferred (number portability) and bad customer service.. they don't take responsible for anything... they make customers to roam around their office for even small service...I don't understand how Airtel given them permission
