After bought a new automatic washing machine from a Shop in T.Nagar. On next day morning promptly I received a call from Samsung service center and confirmed by purchase. Then one of the service executive called and fixed appointment at my resident at 4 pm for demo. But he have not came and even he didn't called me. Then I called by 4.30 pm, he says within an hour he will visit. But he called only by 7.30 p.m. BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT PROMPT IN ATTENDING FIRST CALL ITSELF; I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY BEHAVE IF ANY BREAKDOWN CALLS TO ATTEND.

This is a serious complaint.Today I wanted to report regarding our Samsung Microwave oven to get professional help.I rang the mobile no listed in Adyar Area.No response.Then I tried Mylapore.The mobile no listed went to someone.Possibly wrong no listed.Then i dialed the land line.No help.It directed me to go to autoexchange.I tried the same.After waiting for 2 mts I got through a lady.Before I could explain she rang off saying that she did not hear any immediate response.Good for Samsung.

If you are directing all calls to autoline why you have listed 4 nos in Mylapore.Still I am not sure how to get you.My tel no is 09962550701.Name-Vaidya
