I had arranged a party in Flamingo. But i never felt that its will be worst like this. After booking only I had see the user review about this restaurant at that time also I think some times peoples make mistakes. On that day:
For the first 2 hours there is no AC. Think the party is at 11PM and its Chennai hot. They had not on the AC but tell there is some fault but later I understand that's for them to save the current.
Food is good but service is not good. Peoples come and tell me serving peoples are not do there job good, if peoples ask for icecream they tell why dont gulab jam. Like that servicing peoples not done there job good.
On the total there service is not good. Please take this us my request dont choose this restaurant

I loved the food. It was tasty, the lunch buffet had enough variety and good number of deserts. Very reasonably priced, decent ambience. Good place for a family Veg dinning. There was no service that was reqd, so I have no comments about it.
pathetic restaurant, worst service..will never go here again..not even as a last resort.
Ther service has improved in past few months. Their food is as Yummy as ever
