Very Bad experience as they cheated me. They committed something but they not delivered the same. After selling the product there attitude become change, the sales person behaving very badly when we gone there again with some issues.
Faulty installation by untrained men of New Berco Electronics Dwarka, Secor 6.
I bought an Onida windows Split AC (1.5T) from the New Berco Electronics Dwarka, Sector 6, which is in guarantee period. The installation of wondow AC was faulty without any tilt for draining out of water. As a result the condensed water is stagnating inside the machine. This is posing threat of mosquito breading and corrosion in my AC unit. I have repeatedly contacted the dealer as well as Onida (complaint no. 12069686380361 dated 13/06/2012 and 12069686380508 dated 18.06.2012 and several calls to the dealer (Mr. Suresh of New Berco Electronics) The response of the company is horrible and nobody is listening. New Bercos Electronics is cheating the customers.............they take full money and give broken pics and then agrue for not changing the piece.... They are cheaters....
I have paid full money for my IFB Microwave...but when the company engineer came he told that the seal is broken........
