Chor, these people are doing sales with false promises, they sold me LG AC with defects on 27.03.2016 and now not even takes complaints, not ready to replace/repair the same. Beware of Kalpana Digital World for purchasing of any of electronic products. Very bad service.

after your purchasing of items, they will not bother, they will not sent any body for installation, only company will help. We have to get company no from companies site, and kalpana digitals does not give their nos.

worst service, old stock of items, very cheater and my suggestion is that do not purchase any thing from Kalpana digitals. They make only promises & do not provide any type of services even on the same day of your purchasing.

I have purchased two new 1.5 ton Split air conditioners on dated 10 march 2013 from "kalpana digital world" 1/10,12, main vikas marg lalita park , laxmi nagar delhi 110092. on 12 march engineer come for installation and he fitted the ac and said sir our installation is complete and then he go away, when i start the ac unit there is no cooling at all,Today i complaint for the problem of this unit , the engineer came for the checkup of the ac unit told me that there is no gas in the unit that's why the unit is not giving the cooling. the person for the installation of the unit that came from the dealer side didn't gave me the bill of the installation and even he didn't check the proper working of unit.as this unit is faulty. it is one of the

One of the cheater in this world the dealer sold maximum second sale items and maximum product is very old like 2-3 year and they sale the item in very high price so cheater. I am stupid because i buy from this dealer.
Pathetic dealer, asking Rs. 900 for installing a window AC. They initally told that it will cost me 500. After paying all the money when AC was delivered at my place. The person who came for installation asked for extra 400 to cover the window.
When I called the shop, they are saying the same thing. Cheaters..... Never buy any thing from them

One of the most pathethic dealer I have experienced in my life..... Would recommend no one to buy any product from this shop.... Even if you do, please do not assume any responsibility from the dealer end to help you in case there is an issue with your instrument.....
