Very good service. Salesperson was friendly, patient and courteous. Haven't come across such a wide range to choose from. Got a call from them later on asking if they could improve their service. very impressive! would definitely visit again :D

I was really impressed by how patiently the lady showed me the entire range and the fact that she could judge very well what I'd like. Very impressive college, loads of stuff to choose from. I cross checked the prices for 3 different brands with 3 other stores, absolutely genuine pricing! would highly recommend the place. :)

I'm quite a fussy person when it comes to eyewear, but the sales lady at this shop was very patient with me while i stood there for over an hour and went back and forth between the sunglasses. Will definitely be going back again. Huge collection...

The owner is very arrogant. There were many missed timelines and they took 2 weeks to deliver a frame as per satisfaction. And after that too, the lenses that were fitted into my prada frame were chipped(broken). On top of it, even if they miss a time line , they wont inform you and you will end up reaching the place and learn that your frame is not ready. To get you a fair idea, Let me quote the owner.
" I don't need to learn professionalism from you"
" I am under no obligation to call you and inform you if frame is ready or not. It is your job to ask if the frame is ready or not"

Utter shitty shop they are frauds complete frauds they kept my crizal lenses and refused to return it saying they have disposed it off. They think as if they are tata birla so much attitude with customers they have no idea how to treat or deal with customers. I would highly recommend do not get any thing from this shop they are big time FRAUDS

the owner thinks he is some Ambani or this billionaire but doesn't know how to treat his customers, I spent 25k and got glasses and his after sales service is rubbish, he made false promises and commitments multiple times himself but did not deliver at all or have the courtsey to inform or contact me inspite of telling me he would that too all 4 times when I called him but yes his wife on the other hand is this charming lady who can lure you to buy their products.
