They sold me a pair of Ray-bans with switched frames from a cheaper model. I went back and asked for a refund and was denied. The lady (owner) at the shop used foul language after a tiff. Contacted the Ray-ban head office and it wasn't of much help either. Had to exchange it for another pair which was fake and then after a long discussion with the Ray-ban Head office, I was give another pair. For any problems at this fraud-shop please contact either Mr. Vineet (this guy wouldn't be of much help, though) or Mr. Subra Kamakar for assistance. But I'd recommend you to stay away from this cheap fake retailer. They'll rip you off and mistreat you. Just STAY AWAY.
