I wish I could provide this showroom -10. The dark salesman who declined to provide me his name is a crook. He also declined to provide his manager or owner's contact details. He tricked me into believing that he was providing me an exchange discount. The product was itself discounted in the first place. All I got was Rs 75 for an exchange of a touch screen induction cooktop. On top of that he was daring me to go to consumer court or complain on Prestige helpline. This is complete FRAUD.
