Extemely Inefficient Service.Only enter your house with an intention to exchange your chimney or gas stove with the brands they deal ith.Beware of these frauds.aSKLAILA---STOP Promoting such set-ups without verifying their technical expertise.
Pathetic service. my gas stove required service so from Just dial I got the number because it was near to my residence they took my Faber glasstop charged 1000 rupee and guess what...now all the problems still there, LPG leaking. Unable to operate Auto-Ignition and now not even getting on. I called them again yesterday they came did something and went and after they left still back to square one. Today since morning I am calling them but after talking two times they are not picking phone...When they finally pick the phone up they ask me to exchange with some Chinese brand called MATx,offering me a GRAND Rs 600/- in EXCHANGE.In this stickyweather I am left with no option but to order food from outside...They are pathetic...and unsympathetic

Dissappointing Sales staff.just interested in pushing Chinese Stick-Paste brands onto unsuspecting customers.BEWARE.ALL.
ASK LAILA....STOP PROMOTING SPACE ELECTRONICS....They are NO SERVICE CENTRE....Just a Crooked Set-Up trying to rob you of your hard earnings by forcing you to exchange you Branded Chimney with unheard of Cheapo Chinese Brands...Barr them from your Apartment Complex and warn all your relatives to be cautious too.
WORST Servicemen for Chimneys.Almost broke my Glasstop stove below by carelessly dropping a heavy tool on it.Sorry Ask Laila but you must immediately BLACKLIST such Crooked entities.Outright rude manager called Dipak Das also needs to visit a shrink.AVOID THEM.....!!!!!
What's the use.No one picks up their phone and when someone does pick up the phone,the person who says he's some D.Das asks us arrogantly to bring our Leaking Gas stove to their workshop if we need EMERGENCY SERVICE that badly.Very Bad Customer Handling.....One can visualise how their service will be.
Extremely Pathetic Service.Every Service call we make to them for our Chimney and Gas Stove....Instead of focussing on service,they always are hell-bent on making us exchange it with a MATX chimney and gas stove which i found on googling ,is a Cheapo Chinese Product Importer based at 1/1 , Shekkhoreni Appartment , Ground Floor, Near Belgharia Railway Station, B N Ghosal Road, Belgharia, Kolkata - 700056.BEWARE of SPACE ELECTRONICS.Save your Family.
Hopeless Bufoons to say the least.Their Technicians don't even know how to talk to Ladies & Elderly people.One call to their office will make you know what I,m talking about.After 2 Hours of Scratching his head,their technician D.Das says my Lpg stove cannot be rectified without replacing the valves costing 1882/- each.(TOTAL ESTIMATE-Rs-4214/-).He tried doing a GREAT FAVOUR to me by Offering A GRAND EXCHANGE VALUE of 800/- on my Condemmed Stove which after saying GOODBYE to him got rectified by a Genuine Authorised Service Centre I was able to find out for a mere Rs.554/-Thanks ASKLAILA.
Please be aware of this company SPACE ELECTRONICS located in Jodhpur Park. They nicely cheat people in the name of Service & Repair. I myself have suffered as i got their reference through JustDial and Their mistry D.Das came to repair my BPL Gas Stove and started saying that both the valves are fully damaged and it will cost 1900 to rectify the stove.He said, it would be better if I exchanged the old stove of mine with a new SUPERFLAME automatic gas stove and will give me Rs.500 in exchange.I refused and then their misbehaviour started,demanding their service charge of Rs 450/- when they didn't even do any repair on the unit.I paid up and they refused to give me a bill saying that a bill is given only when the a repair is completed....RIDI
