Never go for Shakers...They will never come for servicing...Also lot of false promises...They gives lifetime warranty on motor...But when you will call them, they will say it was just a sticker used for promotion...I had to quarrel so much for for it that I think the new motor could have been installed with the phone bill incurred...After my threat that I will go to consumer complaint forum, they replaced it but with a bad motor which runs at much lower speed than the original...
They will call you for renewing the service contract...But when you will call them at their designated number, you will feel yourself Neil Armstrong if they pick your phone...Even if they pick up their phone, all that they will give you is a docket number...If y ... View Moreou ask them when service personnel will come...They will say there will be call from service center very soon...When their so called 'very soon' doesn't happens even after a month and you call them back for your docket status, they will say that it is in process and since a trade fair was going on, all their men were involved in that; service personnel will visit you this week...Its now 2.5 months passed and I am still waiting for their 'this week'...
Also another advice...While selling the product, they will show you new technologies apart from what a normal chimney does...Like in my case, it was ORCA GS where GS stands for gas chamber...I feel I am cheated because, there is no gas sensor in it...I realized it after one fine day, my nose smelt something wrong but the GS didn't...I realized that it was also a marketing gimmick like lifetime warranty on motor...
I am thinking of replacing my chimney with a new one...
