I purchased a haier refrigerator on 21st October 2017 from Zenith. I didn't purchase it online because the manager Mr. R.N.Dey gave me his word that if anything went wrong he would take care of it. He said that haier was a good company and asked about customer service he said they were satisfactory. It has now been more than a week since my refrigerator has broken down. Thrice I have complained but the technicians are unable to solve the problem. I also visited the store personally to talk to manager who assured me that he would take care of it but he has done nothing till now.
