In 1 BHK flat they are providing only bedroom for paying guests & we have to accomodate 3 people in one small room.

only one bathrrom & that is not attached to the room.

Its common.

facilities all are fake.

we cant watch tv.

we have to pay for washing the clothes in machine.& that rate is high.

we have to pay for hot water.

no cooler is there in room.

we don't get privacy as owner is staying with us,they are listening all the things.

at starting he told me the rent is 2500. wen i shifted there from bangalore he charged me 3K. & at the end of month he is counting my deposit,token amount in rent.
Ofcourse he is doing mouth publicity of mine in bad way to other roommates.
itz totally a game of harasement & money.

even not giving us any facility in this rate.
u have to pay for everything at the end of the month.
they are making us fool by charging this n that.
I request you people think THRICE before going into this pg.
