In 1 BHK flat they are providing only bedroom for paying guests & we have to accomodate 3 people in one small room.

only one bathrrom & that is not attached to the room.

Its common.

facilities all are fake.

we cant watch tv.

we have to pay for washing the clothes in machine.& that rate is high.

we have to pay for hot water.

no cooler is there in room.

we don't get privacy as owner is staying with us,they are listening all the things.

Me too faced same problem.

i suggest not to go there.
