i was great experince going with al imaan tours and travels service was good any body can be satisfied with their service they have given accomadtion near haram e shariff and markaz e madine was so near that we have perfoming 5 times prayer in haram also our whole family from solapur was ready to book umrah in 2014

my parents has been to umrah in march 2013 as deluxe class they have arrange best hotel in makkah and madina i also like his service so 10 member of family was going in december 2014 i like his service

My relatives booked Umrah Tour with them and have vowed never to travel again.They were promised a pacakage inclusive of food accomodation laundry for a fortnight.till the day of departure they were not given tickets in hand nor and made to run from pillar to post. all kinds of stories was made up by husband wife dua.once @ jeddah airport they were stranded as no transport was arranged.somhow they reached Mecca only to know that they can just lodge there . foget food they were not even given water to drink. The manager in India did nt recieve there calls or paid any attention to there pleas.they were left alone to fend for themselves for food , ziyarat and transport. Terrible and untrustworthy tour. his license must b revoked.
