Extremely rude and discourteous agent I have ever met. Owner (Vishal Desai) is a cheat. He tried to cheat on several counts like hotel rates, forex rates, etc. We were careful so we werent fooled by his cheap gimmicks. I had a lot of trouble on my honeymoon trip and had to deal with hotel directly. Better be safe - never with this crook.
