Awful. Three maids in 3 months who stayed for 5, 15, 10 days, will go on leave during festivals and call back , don't wait for me, I will not come back, , , liars liars liars, the maid service and their maids, end of it u feel disgusted to whom you have given ur child and house keys, will never feel safe. Don't even try your luck,

Excellent services and very genuine agency. I am their customer since last 6 years and no problem till now. I always got replacement housemaids on time. They also offer good number of options and they do not make false commitments like other agencies do.

There is an agency in Lower Parel called Human helping hands, i found their service far better than any other agencies, They don't have any such Pre-registration fees or anything, they only charge once the maid starts working at our residence, so far i have received 2 replacements from them in 3 years and it was prompt. candidates are sent as per our requirements, I think they also have a branch in navi mumbai. I highly recommend it. i too am a victim of Manju Agarwal, and many other agencies.

the dadar branch people are absolute frauds! the lady kinneri who sits ther is useless and only dishes out false promises and says we will send maids. i hvent got a replacement maid for the last 3 months or so from them! dunno y we take crap from such agencies who firsty want money and then they will send candidates.. actually they dont hve any candidates!! they are liars! we should actually send an article of theirs to Mumbai Mirror

I had registered with Manju Maid services to provide me with a fulltime maid, by paying Rs. 4000. I found out about this agency through the internet. The terms of contract were that they will provide me a maid and also replacement maids for 1 year. However, though I was willing to pay more than the salary they had mentioned, it took me more than 1 month to provide me with a maid. I had to ask her to leave due to continuous demands for more money. I then requested the agency for a replacement maid. Dr. Manju Maid Services are FRAUDS. BEWARE OF SUCH CHEAT BUREAUS, DO NOT REGISTER WITH THEM Recently in last week of April 2010. I got their reference from internet search and was mislead by their website and the newspaper articles from TOI and Loksatta. From the website www.maidservices.in, you will feel that it is a very professional and one of its kind bureaus in Mumbai, but beware before you hire a maid from them or sign a contract with them by paying your hard earned money. Since I am pregnant and staying with my husband in Mumbai, we required a full time domestic help to support us 24X7. I approached Dr. Manju Maid Services with my requirement. My call was attended by their executive Shruti, who is supposed to be the incharge of ... View More their Kandivakli West office. I explained her the requirement and she assured me that they can provide us with a full time maid within 3 days within the budget of 4000-4500 per month. Within few hours she sent her executive to collect the advance fee of Rs. 2000/- from me, however post registration my experience was not as good as it was prior to doing registration with them. Over the phone, the person who attended me was so professional, prompt and polished, that I never realized that I am getting into their trap. They simply forgot to service our requirement. Daily I used to call them if they are sending any maid for personal meeting or not. In the first week of May when I started following up with them aggressively, they gave my mobile no. to a maid who called up to inform that she will come and meet me. The maid never turned up and we were forced to follow up with her daily as we were badly in need of the maid. On continuous follow up with the bureau finally they sent a maid of around 55 years who had lot of apprehensions in doing our work. Though the requirement was clearly laid down in front of the bureau in charge, still such kind of maid was sent. The maid without being employed with us, wanted us to get her travel expenses reimbursed from us. Post that day, they never called me up to check if I liked the maid or not, whether I would like to see other maids or not. Now today when I called up to ask for the refund of my advance fee, they say under no circumstance they can refund the money, which is absolutely ridiculous. If they had sent candidates whom I had rejected without any reason, I would have understood that they have done their work, but without doing anything only they want to earn money from the needy clients. Rs. 2000/- is not a small amount to be donated to fraud bureaus like these. Now my money is stuck with them and I have not got any maid as well from their end. I wanted to speak to Dr. Manju, the owner directly, but she is never available to address such issues. I am going ahead with a Police complaint and a Legal complaint at the Consumer Forum against them. I STRONGLY REQUEST EVERYONE, IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A MAID, PLS DO NOT REGISTER WITH OR RELY ON DR. MANJU MAID SERVICES, THEY ARE FRAUDS, THUGS.
