We'd a very horrific and painful experience with this firm where we gave entire contract of interior designing end to end for 3BHK flat and are frustrated, disapppointed and ruing our decision . The work has been left incomplete and we need to get the painting done as the painter has run away and has no skills of painting. Were lucky to get the POP and carpentry done with multiple followups
QUALITY - 3RD CLASS. Material is average; eye is always on money to compromise quality
ON TIME SERVICES - All the services were delayed from POP, to carpentry even after my personal followups on the site to report pending items and painting is still pending since 1 month

And painter was really frustrated that he had to use his paint on almost all the furniture items. Even sides of drawers were also not laminated as told by Neeta Kulkarni. This was hell. But we could not do much about it as money was already given and we had to be satisfied with what we have. Even the useless electrician messed with internal electrification provided by builder and he missed many electric point including conceal pipeline for hiding the wiring at TV unit!!! Learning lessons from this we finally decided to break the deal and cancelled sofa, mattress purchasing from her. When furniture work was about to finish Neeta Kulkarni demanded another 1lakhs from us and we also paid that considering painting work, safety door, kitchen trolley work was still pending. When painter started to give oil bond paint to our walls we were literally shocked because in the deal it was clearly decided that we want luster paint. I called Neeta Kulkarni and she told us luster is too costly for your budget and she cannot afford to give it. She said extra 8K will be needed for luster. We had no option but to agree with her. False ceiling work quality was very bad. I dont know from where in the hell she chosen the workers but they even did not know how hollow cylindrical section looks like. Their knowing about execution of squares, arc, circles was the worst. After almost 25 days of frustration false ceiling work completed. In the meantime we paid her 1.6 lakhs total 2 lakhs. After that furniture work started. Mistakes in furniture designs also repeated and corrected several times. Carpainter initially did work in good manner but later on their quality of work decreased drastically. I laugh at myself today when I see Rs 20000 in her quotation marked as designer fee. I tell you very honestly that most of the design sent by her was incomplete and we rectified many. She repeatedly made mistakes in designs and we repeatedly corrected them. It took almost two and half weeks to finalize the designs. And then started actual work from false ceiling first. We paid Rs 40K initially. To our surprise she had sent totally wrong designs to false ceiling workers. We rectified that also. There was a time when every morning we used to visit our new home just to check what designs false ceiling worker are following and we had to replace their design sheet by correct one. It had included everything we wanted - Safety door, TV unit, False ceiling of three rooms, Painting, Sofa, TV unit, Texture painting, Luster Painting of walls, Kitchen trolleys, Loft storage, Balcony storage, Bed, Mattress, Bed headboard, Side table, Bedroom TV unit, Wardrobe with dressing section, lights, electrification etc. Now as we had decided that we will go with Neeta Kulkarni for interior; next thing was to mutually decide on designs for our home which is the most important thing in any kind of interior work. She took virtual measurements of my house from the broucher provided by our builder. Despite being 2BHK flat due to budget constraint we had decided to do interior of 1BHK only. She got measurements and she told us that she will contact us in couple of days. In the meantime several other interior professionals visited our home with their ideas, designs etc. We also analysed every other details provided by every professional. We visited few running projects of other interior professionals as well. But we were not getting proper feel of interior in other's design, projects. We started searching on internet for designs, designers and thanks to my unfortunate search or bad luck or whatever you call it; I got the contact number of these cheap peoples. As we had already posted our requirements on various sites we started to get huge number of calls from different interior professionals. And one bad day Neeta Kulkarni also contacted us and our journey on the path of cheating started. Neeta Kulkarni (owner of company) visited our site and she behaved like she really liked our site. Neeta Kulkarni and Associates are the worst professionals you will ever find. I suffered a lot when getting done my home interior work from these fraudsters. There are countless number of incidents/events I can list down to prove what I am saying.In month of March-April 12 I had decided to do interior work of my new flat.
