I also had a very bad experience earlier this year> they shrunk a pair of very expensive fine 'cool wool' trousers from the US (i mean the trousers came 'half way up my calfs' shrunk) and ended up driving all the way to their head office way out of town, to speak to the manager. finally got 50% compensation from them but not enough. Now i have an outfit without the trousers.....would NEVER recommend them.

Please avoid them at all costs ! They have lost my very expensive shirt and now are making me run from pillar to post to compensate me for my loss. The money does not matter but this is wrong and I am planning legal action. Please contact me if you have faced the same issue.
