I must have dialed Living Style customer service 65268585 at leat 10 time, either nobody picks up and it keeps ringing or it comes engage. called another number (I think store number) and requested they call me giving my phone number...the wait has been an hour let us see when they will call...will keep you all posted ....Any suggestion to avoid frustration???

We had a bad experience with the Living in Style (Goregoan). We purchase a three unit leather sofa set costing more than 50, 000/- rupees. Within 6 months leather of one of the unit (ONE SEATER) started pealing off. They supplied us with low quality product. When I went with a complain to Mr Mohsin bhai to replace a unit explaining that one does not expect to pay such high price and get a low quality product and requested to replace or repair the unit it was to my amazement that not only was he rude but he kept saying there is no garuntee (for such high cost product!) and I was shocked when he said we have to pay for the work.
