worst service i never see in my life..
Got Yamaha Rayz 3 months back. Done with second serviing. This service center offers very poor service. They have highly inefficient staff, every time i give it for servicing new problem starts with the vehicle. They do a lot of damanges to the vehicles for servicing(scrathes). When i was giving my bike for servicing, i saw the damage being done to the vehicle that came for servicing, and there are many scarthes on my bike too. They hardly hear to you and never try to fix them. I dont want to take the free services given by them. I am trying hard to compain this to actual Yamaha people, but i found no way, somebody please help !
Hi All, I have had my 3 years old Yamaha R15 serviced here in pacer motors. The service was EXCELLENT. A supervisor named Giri had attended me to take my bike for service. The guy was so patient listening to what i need in my bike. Have patiently noted what i want and excluded what he think is not needed in the list which i have told him. Had replaced my rare disc and pads, replaced spark plug, got my fork and swing arm greased, Tappet adjusted to reduce engine vibration noise (which i din find to be reduced much), chain fully lubricated. I have had my 3 years old Yamaha R15 serviced here in pacer motors. The service was EXCELLENT.

A supervisor named Giri had attended me to take my bike for service. The guy was so patient listening to what i need in my bike. Have patiently noted what i want and excluded what he think is not needed in the list which i have told him.

I have given my bike for servicing in this place 4 times before. From my experience, this place really is bad. They don't service it well. They charge unnecessary amount. They don't try to solve the problem , the only solution they have is change the part. My back tyre was giving a lot of trouble iin punctures. They told me I should change the tyre as it is already run for 9000km. Who changes tyre so early? I went and asked another mechanic he told me, the threading is good, so just put a tube and ride. I did that, its ok now, but still gets punctured occasionally. Its now 23000km, still its good tread condition, I'll change it soon.
