Our LG front was working intermittently and once they took it for repair, it went from bad to worse.
These are the issues with their so called Quick service
1>Lies, Lies and more Lies. When I asked them when the person wou;d turn up for repair. Answers were he is on his way, next update- he was mixed up with a different case,he has fallen sick or No answers to the phone calls made, followed by another failed promise to fix it the next day.
2>Finally they took the PDB and said they would call us to let know what the issue is. No surprises that they didn't call or give an update for 2days
2>They took 10 days to return the intermittent working washing to non functional one and charged RS.2,250 for it. According to them pressure switch w ... View Moreas change and board was reconditioned
3>They took another 4 days to collect the whole washing machine and charged RS.400 for transportation
4>It worked OK for 1week and now it's not intaking water and only motor spins when powered on
I would strongly advise not to use the services from these crooks at any cost. Save yourself from misery and daylight theft. View Less
Continuation of earlier comment... It failed after a month again. In between I had called to get support, they promised to send someone but nothing happened. So overall, I would recommend you to buy a new appliance rathern than trying these people.
I tried their service last weekend.... Unable to recommend. Wanted to get my refrigerator repaired. Response was prompt, he came within 4 hours. But i am not convinced about the replacement of spares. He changed the timer, but new timer is not cutting off yet, after 3 days. I am trying to get it rectified, and now the response is not fast..... OK, will update again if all ends well.
