Hi This is Maheshgopi. I have given my Hero Pleasure bike for servicing @ Southern Hero Centre and informed them what are all the problems in my bike that needs to checked. But they didn't do anything. They simply water wash the vehicle and fill oil. They never attend the issues i mentioned. Totally waste and it is not worth doing vehicle service here

Sub: Regarding grievance while servicing my bike at Southern Motors Service Center, Nandanam.
This morning I had reported following complaints while briefing of vehicle complaint log, which is my 3rd visit for rework after the last incomplete servicing:
1) Leakage of oil
2) Disc brakes not working.
3) Distinct sound while driven at 3rd gear.
Apparently, my first complaint was not even noted in the job card ever after reminding the service engineer Mr. Madhavan. Several instances have occurred in the past that the complaints were not recorded in the job sheet in-spite of my repeated reminders. Howe ... View Morever, this matter went unreported because of the customer's extremely busy life these days.
During the last service of my bike TN 02 AD 1732, I had to shell out Rs.12, 000/- for replacing engine which, has occurred due to extreme negligence from the workshop engineers, as the above discussed case is obvious.
During our last meeting at Southern Motors Service Center I had expressed you my dissatisfaction for extremely unsatisfactory servicing of my bike, and at the same time, charging for not unattended works. Inspite, of you requesting them to attend to my vehicle genuinely, oil is still leaking from the engine; disc brakes are not working properly and continue to face noisy drive on 3rd gear, engine turns offs during rain (which is an after service complaint).
But since this time, your Workshop has crossed all limits due to extreme negligence; the matter is now brought to your notice for investigation. In-case, I do not get a satisfactory reply from your end I would not be hesitant to ripe for reporting to the Authorities concerned at all levels.

Hi This is joseph.i bought bike(splendor NXG black) last february. i had a one small accident june due to that front scoop has broken. Till now i was interacting with your customer service people for ordering the front scoop. I had not got any response regarding this. Whenever i am reaching customer service people they are saying that it will be ready within 10 to 15 days. Almost it has taken more than five months. Is this way you people will respond to the customers when they are in need. If this kind of service your are providing then i would have bought someother company bikes like PULSAR.
