Wish I could give a ZERO rating. I went there for arms waxing. I was told that I can choose between 2 creams, one is local made and other a brazilian white chocolate cream which are applied on the skin and using the strips, the hair is ripped off. They are employing people who have neither experience nor passion in the field of cosmetology. They have assigned a guy to carry out the treatment, needless to say he had no idea what he was doing. He looked like a moron picked straight from a footpath. Basically they were experimenting on me and my skin. I immediately summoned the manager but a lady who claims to be the head of the treatments turns up and does the same thing, as if she is mentoring the other guy. I felt horrible to have step ...
