I used their services to shift from Delhi to Bombay. The most deplorable services ever.
Irreparable damages to all wooden, stone and glass items. All wooden furniture arrived with wood boring ants. Unimaginably, they managed to break every wooden item we had. Other than 100% payment in advance, we were coerced into 3-4K baksheesh during loading at Delhi and offloading goods in Mumbai. Service levels are deplorable with poor staff quality. After several complaints, they sent their surveyor to inspect the damages.
