Worst customer service and overall had a terrible experience.
My laptop was working very well, i approached them just to correct the hinges.
while receiving the laptop it was merely in very pathetic condition (display went off, laptop hinges and battery cover completely broke). now simply i have to scrap it or have to spend another 20-25k to make it work.
This service manager guy he is super awesome. whatever question you asks he simply puts his head down.
NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. Please check for the authorized dealer for service.
I took my laptop to them saying Hard disk is not detecting after analyzing I was told that Hard disk needs replacement. I asked him about the hard disk price and mean time I searched over the net reg price and I saw a margin of 1000 rs when I asked the service guy about this and he told me not to believe in online prices but I was not convinced and subsequently called 'Challenger Computers', surprisingly they quoted a price which is less than 1800rs from the price quoted by GBS. I got frustrated and asked the service guy why there is a huge price difference he then replied saying that RPM might be 2400 and the one he quoted was for 5400 RPM I again called 'Challenger computer' to inquire about RPM, but they did not pick my call. I gave my laptop and asked them to change the keyboard.
They did change but with another used keyboard.
I saw the dust between the keys and shouted at them.
They apologised and told they will replace with new keyboard. But only cleaned the old keyboard.
Fed up of them, I walked from the store. I'll never go there again.

I had the following horrible experience at this service center in Kandanchavadi.
My HP DV6000 series laptop got a problem; when I turn on the laptop, the laptop will turn on, shows the BIOS screen and then turn off after a few seconds. It was a Friday morning I gave it to them and they said, it will take one day to diagnose the problem and they will call me on my mobile with details. By around 3PM same day, I got a call. One lady explained me on the phone that it was a minor issue with the power button and they fixed it and laptop is working fine now. I asked them, how much is the bill amount? She said, the repair was a very minor one and you don't have to pay anything!! I was amazed and repeatedly asked her "I don't have to pay anything?"

I have given my Lenovo R61 for service and they fixed fan error which poped up in after a week.they even not fixed the laptop screw which caused my lap top unstable with noise.not worth to step in this store
Let me explain my experience with this service centre in Kandanchavdi, where I gave my laptop for repair.
My laptop was getting continously restarted, and had no physical damage at all. They opened it and found that laptop had a graphics card IC issue. So I asked them to replace it. They did the same and the below are the result.
1. Cost: Rs.3000 for replacing the graphics card IC, and it took more than a week to do the same.
2. Laptop got physically damaged. They broke my PCMCIA card slot of my toshiba satellite A300
3. When I reached home, I found that most of the screws of laptop is gone. They put only very few screws which are absolutely necessary
4. Hard disk screws are gone. The harddisk they mishandled and its internal lock brok
