Recently I went on a Sunday it was closed. It was quite useful people like us to attend our banking needs. Now extremely difficult to take time off.I had a very good friendly interactionfrom the staff every time I was there.If they reconsider the option of keeping it open Sunday's I would be very glad and thankful
I would like to give a 0 star to this particular bank. They are so not user friendly. Being a government organisation they are least bothered to help the public and for each and everything they create an issue. Also I feel like who ever is working in this organisation are so uneducated that they don't even know how to handle a customer over a phone or help a customer in an electronic way. The only thing they know is paper work.
One suggestion: Being an government org please be more helpful towards the general people!
