Absolutely terrible service.
I have used this service 3 times now, and this most recent experience was frighteningly worse than the other 2. I insisted the cab be on time, it came 20 minutes late because, the driver said, he had been sleeping. After being told that the cab windows could be shut to accommodate my eye allergies, i was told once i was inside the cab that they could not. The cab driver yelled at me to sit on the other side of the cab and that i could deal with it. Numerous times he stopped the cab and refused to move because he could not find a listed address and refused to call the number given, even though i had no phone from which to call personally. after speaking to Ganesh dispatch, i was told initially i would be
