we have commercial land of 9300 Sq feet.looking for the construction of business complex and residental house .
its Located in Nandagudi Main Road , Hoskote , Bangalore

Had been to Adarsh Premia they have started construction I have not purchased yet , liked what I saw , will update details later of my decision

They said they have a new project yet to be launched. Asked for 15% downpayment a year ago. I asked for my money to be returned on October 2008 since they have not got a BDA approval yet. Its been around a month since I asked for refund and they have stopped replying to my emails! I called them and they said they have “financial crunch”!!
Beware!!! I have already thought of approaching the consumer court!
