I had a very bad experience with the staff at Skipper shop in Nagarjuna Circle in Hyderabad. I had made an advance payment for the measurement of the furnishings. However, when I checked the rates of the material at Skipper and of other shops, I realized, Skipper was charging almost 200% more on the products. I could make out that it was meaningless to buy the products from Skipper shop and wanted to get a refund. Despite my arguments, the staff would not bother to understand my point and refused to refund my money. In fact the staff became rude, specially the Shop Manager, who in fact accused me that this is exactly what she expected me to say and I was making an excuse.
