An insurance policy has been raised on my name i.e. V Ramabrahma Sastry during March,2018 and at the time of issuance of policy i clearly indicated that i will pay the premium on line only no ECS be made for premium payment. In this regard i dont know how ecs on andhra bank initiated and twice presented and on contact i clearly indicated to the official that i will pay on line only hence i request that kindly cancel the ecs request made earlier and intimate me accordingly the due date and grace period so as to make payment on line. The policy no. is 501-7192823.
