They are too busy to recieve the patient's call. I tried atleast 10, Not responding after dial. Called in 3-4 Another number also. Is it quality service?
I am a doctor and am quite shocked at the treatment I recieved at medicave. I had a knee injury and had called up the representative of the lab for a ultrasonography of my knee. I was given an appointment. I reached there on time, paid my bills and was asked to wait in an ecg room. after waiting for half an hour, I was shifted to another room,. surprised at the delay, I asked one of the attendants the name of the radiologist who was suppose to examine me, I was told that she had left.. on enquiring further I realised that she had left even before i had paid my bills, none of the management people bothered to inform me and came up with different excuses for the situation. frustrated I asked for a refund and left. being a doctor we are often
