This is not the first time I am facing this problem If you check you records I have written before on your site and my work was done so this is not new for me and If I could change my filter I would do it for sure cause I am not satisfied with your service at all I am a small customer but a customer makes more customer it should be like that
cause it is a word of mouth which can make more customers

Customer care head at Ghaziabad  Mr. Vipul when contacted confirmed the same thing.On 13 Aug 12 the membrane brokedown again and again it was replaced witha substandard membrane.
