Horrible and worst services from this bank. I had applied a personsl loan and it got approved. The executive collected the pdcs from me and its been 25 days i have given cheques. Still the amount is not disbursed and daily they are telling that it will happen today.

its the one of the worst bank i had ever delt with. I was having a person loan and the same was pre closed in consultation with the Hegdenagara Axis Bank employee by paying a single cheque. i got an sms for the receipt of the same. after a day another message says 10K is outstanding. When enquirer with customer care, it was my worst experience and was asked to pay some more amount to close. apart from that they also recovered another emi with out any further notice. this is how the AXIS bank is looting the individuals. I have very worst experience with customer care executieves with Axis Bank in sahakar nagar Branch.
they are very slow in resolving bthe issues, no respect for customer's time, they fool people for different types of offers once customer is ready to transfer their Home loan to other bank. later they never bother about the same offer.
nobody attends telephone in Home loan department...( litterally I tried them reaching over phone continuously 2 days and their 3 telephone numbers: 23623601/02/03 rings continuosly but no body picks it..!!!) ..they expects all the way customer needs to visit branch for all simple issues... highly inconvinience to customers.... Worst customer experience. Please be careful banking with Axis Bank.

i have a very bad review to giv abt axis bank managers n executives these people fool the customers i have been fooled by JITENDER executive and CHAITELI the manager in . .loan department . plz all who trust in axis bank be very careful. I HAVE A VERY PAINFUL N TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
