Horrible service and horrible people! Had a nightmarish experience with these people only yesterday. 2-3 weeks ago, they picked up our hard drive to send us a report and costing. The costing was ridiculously high and not worth the data we had on the hard drive, so we said we wouldn't like to go ahead with the data recovery. Then they refused to send the hard drive back. We said we'll pay delivery charges if needed, because we live 2 hours away from this lamington road office. But they just refused. We requested to atleast send it to their workshop in Bandra and we'll pick it up from there, but they just wouldn't agree.
Finally, 2 weeks later, we managed to find the time to go all the way to their outlet. Before going there, we tried to cal
